1. What if I'm not home?

When scheduling your delivery, you can opt to have a signature required for delivery. This will ensure that your order is delivered to you personally, and not left on your doorstep. Otherwise, leave the box unchecked and the driver will leave your delivery at your door if you aren't home.

2. What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee is a flat $5.

3. Can I order frozen food?

Sure! We love raw, and make it a priority to have frozen foods available at the most affordable possible price. Our delivery drivers use freezer bags to ensure the integrity of the product, However, be sure to request signature at delivery in order to ensure your order is not left on your doorstep.

4. What are your hours of operation?

Deliveries can be scheduled to go out as early as 10am, and as late as 6pm, 7 days a week - excluding holidays. You are welcome to schedule a delivery for the next day.

5. Where is your physical store located?

6. Will I get Wolf and Lion loyalty points when I shop online?

As of now, loyalty points are only available in-store. However, we are working on making them available for online shoppers as well.

7. What is your order minimum?

The order minimum is $10. This includes delivery fees, taxes and discounts.

8. Are your online prices the same as your in-store prices? 

Yes. However, some discount are only available in-store. If you notice a difference, please let us know and we will correct it.

9. What is your return policy?

Returns may be made free of charge at our retail location within 30 days. We will give a full refund for any food your pet wouldn't eat (even if it's opened), or any non-food item that is in re-sellable condition.

10. Are all of your in-store items available online?

At this time, the majority of our cat and dog foods are available. However, many of our toys, teats and other items are continuing to be added. Fish, Bird and Small Animal products are only available in-store.

11. What if an item I ordered isn't available?

We make our best effort to be 1005 in stock, but sometimes things happen. If we have any problems fulfilling your order, we will give you a call to discuss the options and cancel the charge if requested. Typically, we can complete the order the following day if an item is out of stock.

12. How long do deliveries typically take?

Most Deliveries are sent out within 30 minutes of the order time. Travel time from our store to your home will vary depending on traffic and distance. 

13. What is your delivery zone?

Deliveries are available anywhere in the city of San Francisco.
